SalonBooking provides an online platform connecting customers with salon and beauty service providers in Chhattisgarh, India. We facilitate bookings but are not responsible for the actual services provided by salons.

4. Bookings and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Cancellation policies vary by salon and are displayed at the time of booking.

5. User Conduct

Users must not misuse the platform, provide false information, or engage in any fraudulent activity. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

SalonBooking is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our platform or services provided by salons. We do not guarantee the quality of services provided by third-party salons.
